Shipping Policy

Healthy Habits currently ships orders within the Netherlands. The available shipping method and applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 1 to 2 business days. This delivery time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, or because of carrier delays.

Track and trace

When tracking is available, customers receive a track-and-trace code by email after their order has been dispatched.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check the address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hlthy-habits.com. Include your order number and, in the event of damage, clear photographs of the parcel and products.
